Max is slowly gaining weight. He's not suffering any ill effects from the chemo. However, apparently his sutures irritate him, since he's licking a spot on his side to the point it's raw and oozing. So, I bought him some baby T-shirts to wear that should hopefully stop this behavior. His eye is better, but not completely. I'm putting a stronger anti-biotic in it twice a day. I wonder if the chemo has anything to do with not healing faster?

Last week, Nora had to go to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. She's recovering now. Merlin and I better watch over our shoulders - we're the only ones who haven't had medical problems recently!  Merlin seems to fatter and sassier every day.
