| We decided to try something a little different this year and held a Pirate Party complete with treasure chests, fake parrots and a Jack Rackham flag outside. |

| Everybody
seemed to have a good time and most dressed up. We had rum cake,
rum drinks, lots of other food; the Pirate Punch was very popular.
It was such a successful theme that it's been co-opted by the St. Louis Costumers Guild as a group project. We now have a ship, the Drunken Iguana, and a mostly complete crew. |
